You are strategic, collaborative, detail oriented, and have fun along the way. The best candidates have a demonstrated background in branding projects (preferably with high tech products - IT, automotive, fintech, banking ) and creative operations.
What you’ll do:
- Craft and manage project plans to deliver advertising and branding projects, in partnership with an internal creative team and external parties
- Control the execution of the project, assessing it against the plan, and taking corrective action, if necessary, to ensure the outcome meets or exceeds expectations
- Use others' time efficiently by estimating schedule duration and effort and identifying when a change is necessary – help team understand the activities sequence and how long they are going to take
- Plan, manage, and control project communications and reporting for all relevant audiences
- Identify options for managing interdependencies among projects, seek resources and executors to complete tasks, and prioritize needs
- Identify, analyze, and respond to risk factors throughout the life of a project
- Support continuous process improvements that boost speed to market and help overcome obstacles
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of creative project management experience
- Strong English skills (B2-C1) are essential. Our clients are from Europe, Asia, MENA and other english speaking regions
- Understanding of and advocacy for creative excellence
- Ability to handle projects independently, manage resources, and identify, monitor, and mitigate risks
- Great affinity for developing relationships with both internal and external partners
- Steadfast motivation to optimize internal processes
