Hey — I’m Denis (IG, Ln) , founder & CEO of PocketRocket, a boutique creative agency working with international brands on strategy, design, and storytelling. I split my time between big picture business moves and daily life, and I’m looking for a sharp, trustworthy, proactive personal assistant to help me do both better.

This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, organized, independent — and loves diving into a mix of tasks across life and work. Bonus if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait for instructions but brings fresh ideas to the table.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

60% personal tasks

• Finding the best options for flights, apartments, experiences
• Ordering and tracking deliveries
• Booking appointments, planning travel
• Life admin and “make this easier for Denis” research

40% work tasks

• Scheduling calls, following up, setting meetings
• Researching people, companies, opportunities
• Helping systematize info and processes in tools like Notion or Google Docs
• Bringing your own creative ideas on how to improve workflows, systems, or even lifestyle routines
